1. Who we are

Redacted Studio ("we", "us") makes and sells digital templates for Framer. Contact: support@redactedstudio.dev.

2. Purchases and payment

Orders are processed by Creem, which acts as our merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales tax or VAT. Prices are shown in US dollars. By purchasing you also agree to Creem's checkout terms.

3. What you receive

After payment you receive a Framer remix link that copies the template into your Framer workspace. Templates are delivered digitally; nothing is shipped.

4. License

• One purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for one website, for yourself or for one client.
• You may modify the template freely for that website.
• You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the template or its remix link, in original or modified form, as a template or as part of a template marketplace.
• Fonts and third-party components remain under their own licenses.

5. Refunds

Because templates are digital and copied instantly, sales are generally final. If the template does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will fix the issue or refund you in full. Refunds are issued through Creem to the original payment method.

6. Support and updates

We answer support requests by email within 2 working days. Updates to a template are made available through the same remix link when possible.

7. Disclaimer

Templates are provided "as is". You are responsible for the content you publish, including making sure it does not disclose confidential information you are not allowed to share. The included Agent Skills help you anonymize content but do not guarantee it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
